Genesys wants to encourage an ecosystem of partners with tested integrations to improve quality and available choice. Gvalidated partners have built an integration between their application and part of the Genesys suite using accepted industry standards and recommended Genesys methodologies (e.g. SDK). The Gvalidated applications have been tested by Genesys to ensure the integration performs as expected.
